Kyoto Unfolding
Privacy Policy
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Your plans and personal details deserve the same care as your day in Kyoto. This notice explains how information is handled on this website.
Who is responsible
Kyoto Unfolding is operated by DUNEDAIN PTE. LTD., UEN 202551476G, at 68 Circular Road, #02-01, Singapore 049422. You can contact us about privacy through the contact form linked below or at our postal address. No planning deposit is required for a privacy request.
Information in the current website
Submitting a trip request saves your name, email, preferred dates, party size and interests so we can manage your request. Submitting the contact form saves your name, email and message in our private inbox. Filling in a form without submitting it does not create a server record.
The inquiry asks for your name, email, preferred dates, party size, day type and interests. The contact form asks for your name, email and message. Please share only dietary or accessibility information relevant to your visit. Do not include payment-card details, passport numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Language switching and browser storage
Your unfinished form stays in the browser while you use it. When you switch between English and Spanish, a temporary copy is placed in this tab’s session storage so you do not lose your entries. The destination page reads and removes it. Copies older than one minute are not restored. Closing the tab ends its session storage.
The site does not use advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Fonts, photographs and films are served as website files rather than embedded social-media players. Normal website requests disclose technical information, such as an IP address, requested page and browser information, to the server providing the site.
Your private request link is kept in this tab’s session storage. It grants access to your own proposal, payments and cancellation. Do not share it publicly. Host access uses a secure session cookie lasting up to eight hours.
Providers, purpose and retention
Vercel hosts the website and server functions. Neon Postgres, connected through Vercel, stores inquiries, messages, proposals and booking records in Singapore. These providers may process technical and operational data in other countries as part of their services. We use information to respond, plan and provide the service, maintain security, and manage payments and refunds.
When payments are configured, Stripe collects payment information directly on its secure checkout. We store payment identifiers, amounts and status; we do not store card numbers. A submitted form without a verified deposit does not start planning.
Access is limited to the host and necessary service providers. Information is retained while needed to handle the inquiry or booking, resolve issues and meet applicable obligations. You can request correction or deletion through the contact form. Payment records and evidence of acceptance may need to be retained where an applicable obligation requires it.
We do not sell personal information. Sharing with establishments is limited to details needed for an agreed arrangement. Publishing guest photographs or testimonials requires separate permission. Submission limits use identifiers derived from IP addresses to reduce abuse.
Questions and requests
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold, request a correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask about deletion. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing or changing personal information. Some records may need to be retained to meet applicable legal obligations.
Use the contact form for privacy requests, without a deposit or booking, or write to the postal address above.

The date shown on this page identifies this version of the notice. Material changes to the way we collect or use information will be reflected here before the new processing begins.
